Arctic Combine Scout Concept Art (Boreal Alyph)

This is a more elaborate concept based upon a simpler concept for a Combine Arctic Scout soldier that another member of KAFF made for Boreal Alyph.
I took some considerations into this design regarding some of the supposed characteristics of the Combine overwatch.
Given that they were going to be in rough terrain, i wanted them to be relatively light in terms of equipment, since their role is mainly exploration (They are the units designated to looking for the borealis) they have special visors that allow them to look through the snowy fog, as well as long-range communication devices that help them report back to HQ.

Also, as a special consideration, given that, as some people assume, the combine soldiers have their metabolism drastically slowed down, so that they're able to go for weeks without sustenance, that would mean that they also produce very little in terms of body heat, so i thought about giving them a heating device attached to their torso that would prevent them from freezing in the cold tundra weather.
